The update for today is going to be pretty brief. Largely because it turned out to be almost identical to yesterday: breakfast at Pounta cafe, back to Agkali beach and then some time at the hotel pool. We had considered visiting Ano Meria, but by this point, we were both in a very chilled-out mood and decided to make the most of relaxing on this island, knowing we would have more things to do when we get to Naxos.
We did at least manage to choose a different restaurant, finally striking gold with a superb meal at To Zimarake – if you like Italian, it’s a must-visit.
After dinner, we took a final stroll around Chora to soak up the ambience, knowing we would be leaving the next day, bound for Naxos.
