Located on the island’s western half, in a deep southwest-facing bay, Vatses is a mixed coarse sand-shingle beach with clear water. Limited natural shade is provided by a few trees towards the northwestern end. The beach also has a small beach bar serving food and drinks, with beach umbrellas and sunloungers available.
